A practitioner pastes a job posting URL (or text, or uploads a PDF — with an explicit rights tickbox) and within one screen sees a structured competence profile, a side-by-side gap against the canonical future-ready Role in their jurisdiction, a curated agent panel that answers questions about the plan, and an exportable personal transformation plan.
