What you can do, with or without an account
Every tool runs in your browser for anyone — no account needed — and you can download the result to keep it. Saving and governance live in an organisation workspace. The tables below set out exactly what each kind of user can do.
As a visitor you can run any tool and download what it produces. Authoring canonical roles and profiles, saving your work, and putting it through review all live inside an organisation workspace. Here is the full picture.

A member's Save goes to their personal area within their organisation — available on the Enterprise tier when an Org Admin has enabled that tool for the member's class. Visitors' results are temporary: download them to keep them.
Builders — author canonical objects
Builders author the canonical objects the platform is built on, so they need an organisation account.
