A published scenario comes as two documents: the "Scenario Report", written for the people who act in the scenario, and the "Full Scenario Record", written for the people who act on it. Same scenario, same version, two different readers.
The Report explains the role, its situation and its workflow in plain language for the practitioner it describes. It includes the scenario context, responsibilities, conditional paths and relevant resources. The detailed evidence and readiness checks are in the Full Scenario Record, linked from the Report when access is available.
The Record supports people who review, adopt or integrate the scenario. It brings together the workflow, Information Uses, Action Statements, approved source evidence available to the reader, provenance, open questions, readiness checks and stable element identifiers. A flow diagram extract is available when one was saved with the publication.
In the Builder’s Report view, choose “Save and prepare report”. The report is assembled from the saved scenario, flow and evidence. The preview, print/PDF and Markdown summary use that prepared version.
Read the message about how the saved brief, written workflow and diagram agree, then inspect the readiness checks. Use the Full Scenario Record to review responsibilities, conditional paths, source evidence, limitations and remaining gaps. Resolve the blockers before a final issue.
Before a final share or publication, confirm the context and intended use, the workflow, and the relevance of the evidence. These three confirmations record author acceptance of this prepared version. They do not perform formal verification or approve individual evidence items.
Editing the working scenario clears its prepared review. If the saved scenario or evidence changes before issue, save and prepare again, read the updated version and repeat acceptance.
Members of the publishing organisation can open the member view of the Record. It includes the frozen evidence detail and reviewer notes they are authorised to see.
The publisher can also enable a public Record for each publication. It shows the public evidence view and stable identifiers while withholding restricted source details, author contact details and reviewer notes. When public access is off, the Record remains restricted and public readers can open the Report.
Search, filters and collapsed rows affect the screen view. Print / save as PDF includes all items and their available detail within the document sections you selected. Use the section controls to exclude a whole section; filtering does not remove items from the PDF.
Saving or preparing a report does not alter previously issued scenario content. Publishing an update creates a new version at the latest-version link; earlier versions retain their frozen scenario content. Reading or filtering a document does not change its saved content.
On a published document, “Copy link” preserves both the document you are viewing (Report or Record) and its version. Use that link when the recipient should read the same document you reviewed. Access restrictions still apply to the Record.
