Defined from the Build Digital Information Manager (BIM) Role Profiles (2025) commissioned under the Capital Works Management Framework. The role carries the information-management function the Irish BIM Mandate expects on public-sector projects: requirements definition, CDE stewardship, delivery-plan oversight, and acceptance assurance, executed to I.S. EN ISO 19650-2 with the Irish National Annex.
